RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Tennessee Jane will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any unworn clothing item that is not customized. Item must show no visible stain, wear, or defect. Tags must be intact. Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY within 20 days of purchase. Post mark date must be within this time frame or your return will not be accepted. After that period, no orders will be eligible for return or exchange. CLEARANCE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please inform us within 3 days if you've received defective merchandise or any error with your order. Damaged or incorrect items are the only returns that qualify for a return label. For damaged merchandise, please email a photo to info@tennesseejaneco.com.

Tennessee Jane is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The United Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package. USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. You have 24 hours after your order has been placed to contact us at tennesseejaneco@aol.com about an incorrect shipping address. Tennessee Jane is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
